4. Your Responsibilities as a Data Controller

You are the Data Controller for Your Customers' information. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that:

  • You have a legitimate business relationship with each of Your Customers.
  • You have obtained all necessary prior express consent from Your Customers to be contacted via automated SMS, email, and AI voice systems, in full compliance with the TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and all other applicable laws.
  • You have all necessary rights and permissions for any content (text, images, logos) you provide for us to use on your website or social media.
  • Your email marketing lists have been collected in compliance with all applicable laws.
  • You are responsible for honoring any opt-out or "STOP" requests from Your Customers.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information or Your Customers' information. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

  • With Service Providers (Sub-processors): We share information with third-party vendors who help us operate our business. These may include:
    • Core Platform: Our services are primarily built on the GoHighLevel platform.
    • Other Platforms: Depending on the services, we may share data with hosting providers, domain registrars, social media platforms (e.g., Meta, LinkedIn), email marketing services, and telephony providers (e.g., Twilio).

  • Opt-Out: You may opt out of our marketing communications at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link.
  • End-Customer Requests: If one of Your Customers contacts us to access or delete their information, we will forward the request to you, as you are the Data Controller.

9. Children's Privacy

Our Services are not intended for or directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
